How request billing works

  1. Turn on customer requests in your dashboard and set a monthly cap.
  2. Each request is emailed to you the moment a customer sends it, with their name, contact details and what happened.
  3. On the 2nd of each month we email a statement for last month's requests, minus any credits.
  4. Pay by card within 7 days. If a statement goes unpaid, new requests pause until it's settled. Your free listing stays up either way.

New companies receive up to 5 requests before their first statement is paid. After that, your own monthly cap is the only limit.

Frequently asked questions

Is the free listing really free?

Yes. Free listings are ranked exactly like everyone else. Paying for requests never changes your position in the ranked list.

How do customer requests work?

Homeowners and renters describe their emergency on your city and service page or on your profile. Each shared request goes to at most 3 companies that opted in, chosen by emergency readiness. You pay $75 per request, set your own monthly cap, and get a credit for spam, wrong numbers or requests outside your area.

How do I pay?

On the 2nd of each month we email a statement for the previous month's requests with a card payment link. You have 7 days to pay. If a statement goes unpaid, new requests pause until it's settled, and your free listing stays up.

Is there a contract?

No. Requests are pay as you go and you can switch them off any time from your dashboard.

Listings are reviewed for basic accuracy but are not endorsements. Always confirm licensing and insurance, get a written estimate, and check your lease before authorizing work on a rental. In an emergency involving fire, gas, smoke or sparking, call 911 first.
